This is an air leak tester for battery cases in EVs (electric vehicles). Battery cases are characterized by their large size, large internal volume, and structure that may deform due to internal pressure.
For this reason, when conducting an air leak test, noise occurs due to the large size and capacity, as well as noise due to expansion and deformation caused by internal pressure.
This machine's unique feature is that it uses a newly developed smoothing function and linear fitting correction function in combination to reduce this noise.
We also offer a bypass box (CBU-600) that has two features: an electro-pneumatic regulator that can accurately control low pressures that are generally difficult to control, and a pressurized valve with a large flow rate.
